This month's full moon peaked yesterday but its full effects can be experienced for up to four days after it settles.
And if you find that hard decisions have to be made and deadweight released, this moon will heighten tension to make this abundantly clear to you.
You are feeling the effects of the Sturgeon Moon, also known as the Grain Moon, Green Corn Moon, or Barley Moon. It is in the sign of Aquarius, an air sign which will make
you want to lighten your load and, as the sign has the symbol of the water bearer, this moon will help you wash away obstacles and and allow what you do want to come flooding in.
Although this moon is a little gentler in its energies since those earlier in the year, it carries a lot of fire in it with the Sun, Venus and Mars all in Leo opposite.
This could lead to you feeling tempted to conflict and feeling a bit more reactive than you usually are. So be careful of your ego and try to avoid insisting you are always right. You can be yourself without the need to step on the toes of others or attempting to control the actions or opinions of anyone else.
Communication is important with this moon too, and you may find that quick words, spoken on impulse, can create unnecessary drama.
Above all, be honest with yourself and make sure your ideals are actually grounded in reality with this moon. Decide what you want and rid yourself of whatever needs to be cleared away in order for you to act on that decision.
Remember that whatever the drama or choices you are faced with, the fish that this moon is named after is a tough one which lives for up to 140 years.
The message is clear. Think before you speak, be careful of careless words leading to drama, make those hard decisions and keep on keeping on. There is a lot of living ahead of you and you are stronger and tougher than you think you are.
